Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and determine the proper course of action to resolve claims
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to ensure resolution
• Document claim activity in a timely manner while adhering to clients' and corporate policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
