Job Summary

Evaluating and adjudicating complex claims, the full-time remote Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster will manage bodily injury claims, negotiate with insurance representatives, and prepare detailed file summaries while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and adjudicate complex claims, including those in litigation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of bodily injury claims involving company vehicles or drivers
• Negotiate directly with insurance company adjusters, claimants, and third-party representatives upon receipt of critical information

Required qualifications

• Post-secondary education in an Insurance program or related field
• 2+ years of experience in trucking, claims, or safety and compliance preferred
• Experience with commercial lines and transportation liability
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
