Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a liability claims team to ensure efficient service delivery
• Promote best practices and guide the claims team in accordance with established standards
• Manage workloads, define team goals, and utilize technology to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
• Bachelor's Degree is desired
