Commercial Auto Compliance Lead

Job Summary

To support the Compliance & Product Services team, the full-time remote Commercial Auto Compliance Lead will develop policy language, review regulations, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and enhance insurance products in the evolving market.

Key responsibilities

• Draft policy language and develop manual rules for insurers regarding issuing and rating policies
• Review laws and regulations to assess their impact on ISO products and insurer procedures
• Collaborate with various departments to research and bring new insurance products to market

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent insurance experience
• At least two years of P&C insurance experience in product development, claims, or underwriting
• Experience in analyzing and developing forms, rules, and/or rating is preferred
• Knowledge of ISO Commercial Auto lines procedures is a plus
• CPCU exam study or completion is a plus
