Job Summary

Supporting a nationwide network of insurance agents, the full-time Remote Customer Service Representative for Commercial Auto Insurance will deliver timely and accurate service through phone, email, and chat while navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and policy support to agents and carriers, addressing inquiries about coverage, rates, and billing issues
• Research and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with service standards and escalating issues as necessary
• Maintain policy documentation and assist with the processing of applications and endorsements for policy issuance

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
• Experience in the commercial insurance industry is preferred
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote work environment
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions
