Job Summary

Supporting a nationwide network of insurance agents, the full-time Customer Service Representative in Commercial Auto Insurance will deliver timely service through phone, email, and chat, while managing inquiries and documentation in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and policy support to agents and carriers, addressing questions about coverage, rates, and billing
• Communicate effectively with agents and carriers across multiple channels while navigating various systems
• Research and resolve customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with service standards

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the commercial insurance industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to remote work
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation for remote work
