Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for assigned lines of business, including risk appetite and underwriting guidelines
• Develop analytic insights and monitor portfolio performance to enhance growth and profitability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish pricing program recommendations and manage underwriting controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
• 10 years of commercial underwriting insurance experience, particularly in construction or manufacturing exposures
• Expertise in Workers Compensation and Auto lines of business
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience influencing and collaborating at the executive level
