Key Responsibilities
- Implements operational strategies and policies for the commercial banking middle and back office
- Recommends workflow improvements and maintains production throughput
- Audits documentation for compliance and oversees operational processes
Required Qualifications
- University degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience required; 7+ years preferred
- Experience in equipment finance and/or leasing
- Strong knowledge of UCCs and Inventory Perfection
- Paralegal certification is a plus
