Commercial Banking Support Specialist

Job Summary

Providing day-to-day support for business members, the full-time Commercial Banking Product Support Specialist will manage the onboarding of commercial banking products and services, assist with the online banking platform, and support sales efforts in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete implementation, maintenance, and service requests for Commercial Banking products
• Conduct initial and ongoing training for various Commercial Banking products
• Provide direct support for internal partners and external members regarding business deposit accounts and treasury management products

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred
• Previous experience in business deposit operations or treasury management desired
• Must be bondable
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications and experience with payment systems preferred
• Reliable internet access of 50MBPS or higher required
