Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in commercial or small business underwriting or related fields
• Basic knowledge of credit underwriting and financial statement analysis
• Understanding of lending policies, banking laws, and regulations
• Ability to analyze financial statements and business plans
