Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial/Small Business Banking Underwriter - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile data for credit packages, including financial statements and collateral evaluations
• Interpret analysis outcomes and present recommendations to Credit Approvers
• Evaluate loan applications and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in commercial or small business underwriting and spread analysis
• Basic knowledge of commercial lending policies and underwriting concepts
• Ability to analyze financial statements and identify risk factors
• Working knowledge of related software applications, including spreadsheets
