Commercial Capture Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capture Management Director - Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Capture Team to produce winning proposals for commercial opportunities
• Partner with sales teams to proactively identify and win significant commercial opportunities
• Review RFP/RFI requirements and develop win strategies with internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination of coursework and experience may be considered
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience with proposal management for large complex RFPs
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Proposal Management (APMP) is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
