Commercial Card Fraud Analyst
Job Summary
Monitoring fraud trends and managing chargeback processes, the full-time Commercial Card Fraud Analyst will utilize fraud detection tools, initiate chargebacks, and maintain client reporting while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and report fraud trends using internal and external detection tools
- Initiate chargebacks and manage documentation in the Card Processing Platform
- Maintain and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly client reporting
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in fraud or chargeback processing
- Experience with VISA and MasterCard chargeback and reporting tools preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to interact with high-level clients and bank representatives
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
