Job Summary

Commercial Card Operations Leader oversees the end-to-end strategy and execution of client onboarding and operational risk management for a full-time remote position, ensuring high-quality client experiences and driving revenue acceleration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex client implementations and ensure high-quality onboarding experiences
  • Partner with Product Management to operationalize new products and manage fintech initiatives
  • Manage pipeline execution to resolve stalled deals and achieve high deal completion ratios
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience, or 11 years combined higher education and/or work experience including 3 years relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of 9 years supervisory or operations experience
  • Strong expertise in operational risk management and governance
  • Experience in managing audit engagements with effective ratings
  • Demonstrated ability to drive client satisfaction and adoption
