Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Card Services Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephones and respond to basic customer inquiries
  • Process calls to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Record calls and update account history with inquiry results
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Two or more years of customer service and telephone experience
  • Experience in commercial credit card support or fraud monitoring
  • Experience handling sensitive information
  • Call center experience is required
