Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Closing Officer I.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate loan closing documentation and ensure compliance with credit terms and regulatory requirements
• Review and interpret loan documentation, ensuring alignment with legal guidance and policies
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and finalize loan funding and booking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of related experience in commercial loan closing or documentation
• In lieu of a degree, a combined six years of higher education and/or work experience with two years in commercial loan closing or related fields
• Knowledge of the commercial closing process, loan documentation, and applicable regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under time constraints
• Self-motivated and well-organized individual
