Commercial Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Commercial Collector Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls to collect outstanding balances
• Negotiate payment arrangements and create urgency for non-paying debtors
• Coordinate with Client Support Representatives to resolve disputes and escalate high-risk accounts as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center roles
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills, especially in Excel
• Ability to critically think and perform basic math and writing tasks
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Dependability and a strong work ethic are essential
