Commercial Collections Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Commercial Collector Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 80 outbound/inbound calls
• Negotiate payment arrangements and create urgency for non-paying debtors
• Coordinate with Client Support Representatives to resolve disputes and manage high-risk accounts

Required Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center roles
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry; Excel skills preferred
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Basic math and writing skills required
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and integrity
