Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual commercial compensation strategy and design aligned with growth objectives
- Oversee the commission calculation process and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Serve as a senior advisor on complex compensation inquiries and influence executive decisions
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, or related fields
- Expertise in incentive plan design and financial modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools (PowerBI preferred)
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Experience in influencing executive stakeholders
