Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual commercial compensation strategy and design aligned with growth objectives
  • Oversee the commission calculation process and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Serve as a senior advisor on complex compensation inquiries and influence executive decisions
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, or related fields
  • Expertise in incentive plan design and financial modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools (PowerBI preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, such as Salesforce
  • Experience in influencing executive stakeholders
