Commercial Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

To support organizational objectives, the full-time Commercial Compliance Senior Specialist will develop and execute training programs, assist in policy development, and serve as a primary compliance partner for the U.S. Brand field force while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, and coordinate training programs and materials to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Assist in drafting and maintaining company policies and procedures, incorporating regulatory changes and communicating updates
• Conduct field ride-alongs and execute monitoring activities to identify compliance risks and provide guidance to the field force

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience, preferably in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or related fields
• Experience with an International Pharmaceutical company and knowledge of sales force compliance is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including field-based sales and marketing teams
