Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar
• 4+ years of legal experience, preferably in technology or SaaS sectors
• Expertise in commercial contract negotiation and management in a B2B tech environment
• Strong understanding of data privacy, cloud computing, and licensing frameworks
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
