Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Contract Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead contract redlining and negotiation of commercial terms, ensuring compliance and governance
Manage contract lifecycle activities and maintain pricing floors and approval matrices
Oversee chargeback and rebate reconciliation while developing dashboards to monitor compliance and price integrity

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA or MHA preferred
5-8 years of experience in MedTech or Diagnostics pricing and contracting
Hands-on experience with CLM/rebate systems and advanced Excel skills
Familiarity with RFP/RFI portals and government contracting requirements preferred
Certifications such as CPCM/CCCM and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are valued
