Job Summary
Supporting the sales team, the full-time Commercial Contract Specialist will manage the contract process by drafting agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with various teams in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiates and manages the drafting of NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and amendments, while maintaining accurate contract files and status updates
- Analyzes agreement documents to identify legal requirements, scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring alignment with proposals and client changes
- Leads the full contract development process, coordinating with subject matter experts and leadership, and manages final submission to clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, business administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in patient access support, contract management, or client management
- Proficiency with document management and contract management systems, including Google Suite and Office 365
- Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical-related commercial contracting regulations and procurement laws
- Ability to interpret complex contract requirements and maintain accurate records throughout the contract workflow
