Commercial Contracting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Contracting Manager (Contract Role).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute commercial contracting and trade agreement activities with transplant centers
• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, redlining, negotiation, and progression to near-final agreement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transplant program administrators and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred
• 3-7 years of experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharma contracting, specifically within transplant or cell therapy agreements
• Proven track record of independently managing contract redlining and negotiation cycles
• Strong understanding of hospital contracting processes and stakeholder dynamics
• Experience working directly with community, private, and academic transplant centers preferred
