Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements with customers
Negotiate various commercial agreements and simplify internal contracting processes
Build professional relationships with employees and customers and assist with legal support tasks

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and membership in a state bar or international equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial contracts or corporate transactions
Experience in drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements preferred
Ability to manage high volumes of contracts efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements across multiple regions is a plus
