Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in commercial contracting principles, requirements, and processes
• Review, draft, and negotiate vendor and partner agreements
• Provide general legal support to the C-suite and special projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with commercial contracts in a law firm and in-house setting
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contract terms and conditions
• Experience in vendor and partner agreements, negotiations, and legal support
• Industry experience in a fast-paced environment is strongly preferred
• Practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured environment
