Commercial Contracts Attorney, seeking an experienced legal professional for a full-time remote role to support commercial contracting by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements while managing contract matters independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including NDAs and procurement agreements
• Independently manage assigned contract matters from intake through completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Identify and escalate material risks while providing practical recommendations to in-house counsel and business stakeholders
