Commercial Contracts Attorney
Job Summary
To support its Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance team, the full-time remote Commercial Contracts Attorney will manage the review, drafting, and negotiation of a variety of commercial agreements while helping to enhance the contracting function and supervising contract specialists.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including master services agreements and SaaS agreements
- Design and implement scalable contracting processes and improve contract lifecycle management practices
- Supervise and develop contract specialists, providing guidance on contract administration and negotiations
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state bar
- 5-8 years of relevant legal experience with a focus on commercial agreements
- Experience negotiating agreements from both customer and vendor perspectives
- Familiarity with privacy and data protection concepts applicable to commercial transactions
