Commercial Contracts Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Counsel to lead, execute, and manage the drafting, negotiation, and review of all commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs
• Manage the lifecycle of contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify legal risks and provide risk-mitigation counseling on ad tech products

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of overall legal experience
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in good standing in at least one US state bar
• Hands-on experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts in a fast-paced technology environment
• Knowledge of US and EU data privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
• Expert proficiency in drafting contract language without assistance from content management tools
