Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counsel, Commercial Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements
• Provide legal advice on contract interpretation and commercial risks to various teams
• Develop and implement standardized contract templates and negotiation guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer
• 3+ years of experience in commercial contracting and transactional law
• JD, LLM, or equivalent degree
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing or authorized to practice law
• Proven ability to manage a large pipeline of agreements efficiently
