Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Lead to manage the commercial contract process for SaaS customer contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, interpret, draft, revise, and negotiate customer and vendor contracts
  • Anticipate legal issues and resolve sensitive legal projects independently
  • Manage post-signing contract amendments and provide business team support
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience, with 2+ years supporting sales teams in drafting and negotiating Enterprise-level Corporate Contracts
  • Experience with commercial contract terms, focusing on intellectual property and minimizing liabilities
  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school or paralegal certification preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Ironclad, or other CLM tools
  • Experience with artificial intelligence tools in legal processes is a plus
