Job Summary
Leading the negotiation and execution of commercial contracts, the full-time Commercial Contracts Lead will collaborate with various teams to manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk considerations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead negotiation, review, and execution of commercial contracts, acting as the primary liaison among customers, contractors, and internal partners
- Partner with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Risk Management teams to resolve contract issues and drive successful business outcomes
- Manage contract lifecycle processes from drafting and redlining through execution, while maintaining effective stakeholder communication
Required qualifications
- 4 years of contract experience required
- Healthcare or healthcare construction experience is a plus
- Experience with software commercial agreements is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
