Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with CM Operations Manager, cross-functional teams, and Legal for contract development
Aim for a 6-week turnaround from business award to SOW submission
Ensure commercial contracts are executed before engineering engagement and incorporate financial reporting into SOW

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in contract/business writing within the CE industry
Understanding of commercial contracts and analytical skills to assess risks and provide recommendations
Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather specifications for SOWs
Familiarity with financial terms and reporting components such as NRE and build costs
Bachelor's degree in finance, legal, or a relevant field
