A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with CM Op's Manager, cross-functional teams, and Legal to generate SOWs and commercial contracts
Aim for a 6-week turnaround from business award to SOW submission, ensuring timely execution of contracts
Incorporate financial reporting into contracts, detailing key components such as NRE and Build costs

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in contract/business writing within the CE industry
Understanding of commercial contracts and analytical skills for risk assessment
Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather specifications for SOWs
Familiarity with financial terms and reporting requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, legal, or a relevant field
