Commercial Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Agreements Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of vendor and client contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) and detailed scopes of services for vendor and client agreements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into clear contractual scopes that minimize risk
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring timely approvals and compliance throughout the process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 6-9 years of experience in contract management and procurement, with a focus on drafting and negotiating SOWs
• Professional certification in purchasing or contract management is a plus
• Experience managing various contract types, including NDAs, MSAs, and SaaS agreements
• Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
