Commercial Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager to facilitate customer transactions from commercial alignment to signed contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned deals from initial request through execution, treating each as a project
• Prepare and tailor contract documents using approved templates and assemble complete contract packages
• Collaborate with Sales to navigate contract processes and ensure smooth transitions to signed deals

Required Qualifications

• Substantial experience in sell-side commercial contracting for B2B offerings, particularly SaaS or technology-enabled services
• Experience working alongside a legal or commercial contracts team
• Proven track record of assisting sales teams in moving deals through various stages to signature
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and identify practical blockers early
• Familiarity with customer procurement processes and nonstandard requests
