Commercial Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to close-out, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing various commercial agreements
• Ensure adherence to contractual terms and conditions while minimizing risks and fostering beneficial relationships
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure contract terms meet business requirements and objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in contract management, procurement, or a related commercial role
• Familiarity with BESS business models and contracts, with preference for candidates with specific experience in relevant projects
• Strong understanding of contract law principles and commercial terms
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
