Commercial Contracts Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the full-time Commercial Contracts Manager will develop and analyze contract and change order budgets, negotiate CRO budgets, and draft high-quality contracts while collaborating with global business and functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate CRO budgets and draft contracts and change orders
• Develop complex and accurate budgets for contracts and change orders
• Participate in client meetings and assist in training less experienced team members

Required qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in business, scientific, or healthcare discipline
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in life sciences
• Experience in contract and change order development
• Knowledge of industry standards related to contracts and budgeting
• People management experience preferred
