Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
• Analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting an in-house legal team or corporate law firm
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts in a corporate environment
• Preferred experience in technology, software, or life sciences industries
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
