Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing and negotiating sales agreements and RFPs to identify legal risks and ensure favorable terms
Providing legal training and support to the revenue team, including developing resources and offering real-time assistance
Offering strategic legal counsel on transactional matters, policy development, and general legal support

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school
6-10 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team
Experience in implementing legal technology solutions and working effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage high levels of responsibility
Position is remote and requires location in specific states where the company operates
