Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement legal strategies aligning with business objectives
Lead negotiation, drafting, and review of critical commercial agreements
Serve as a key legal advisor to the management team

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to at least one state bar
8-12 years of legal experience in a corporate environment
Expertise in areas such as AdTech/MarTech, SaaS, data privacy, and international law
Comfortable with high degrees of ambiguity and capable of creating legal frameworks supporting innovative business practices
A leader who can inspire and develop teams
