Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to assist with vital legal initiatives and support senior counsel in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of commercial agreements, focusing on vendor and commercial agreements
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure vendor and commercial deals support product development
• Provide guidance on contract requirements and assist with M&A transactions and employment matters

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of legal practice experience, with at least 2 years in-house experience
• Juris Doctor degree required
• In-house experience with a technology or financial services company preferred
• Strong deal-making and legal project management experience preferred
• Interest in Employment law is a plus
