Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time, business-focused commercial legal advice across various business issues, including product, marketing, and sales
• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, such as technology, data, and service contracts
• Advise on emerging business issues, legal subjects, and risk management in areas of commercial contract, regulatory, privacy, and consumer protection

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active attorney license in good standing
• Experience in commercial law, particularly with technology and data-related contracts
• Strong understanding of regulatory, privacy, and consumer protection laws
• Ability to conduct complex legal research and summarize findings effectively
