Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and mid-market contract negotiations, including MSAs and Order Forms
• Build a scalable commercial legal function by developing templates, playbooks, and workflows
• Guide data privacy strategy and monitor regulatory changes related to AI governance

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in commercial/technology transactions, preferably in-house at a B2B SaaS company
• JD from a top-tier law school or proven success at a reputable law firm
• Experience negotiating enterprise MSAs, Order Forms, and DPAs
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and security frameworks
• Experience in building contract templates and scalable processes
