Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their legal team and support contract negotiations and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and draft customer-facing agreements, including SaaS agreements and NDAs
• Support negotiation and management of vendor and technology agreements
• Assist with legal review of AI-related terms and provide support on product development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house
• Strong experience negotiating technology or SaaS contracts
• Familiarity with AI-related legal issues and data protection concepts is a plus
• Comfort engaging directly with customers and external counsel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
