Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on commercial contracts and transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including vendor and customer contracts
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in commercial operations

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in relevant jurisdictions
• Experience in commercial law, particularly in contract negotiation
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance issues
• Experience working in a corporate legal environment
