Key Responsibilities

• Manage, draft, negotiate, and finalize complex commercial agreements
• Ensure contract work aligns with company policies and risk tolerance guidelines
• Provide business-oriented advice to internal stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent from an accredited law school
• 3-5 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Practical understanding of international public companies related to commercial agreements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Spanish language skills are helpful but not required
