Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel / Senior Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
• Serve as a legal partner to business stakeholders and advise on contract structure and negotiation strategy
• Help develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and contracting processes

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 4-7 years of experience negotiating and drafting commercial contracts
• Ability to balance legal risk with practical business considerations
• Experience working cross-functionally with non-legal stakeholders
