A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and close various commercial agreements including SaaS and on-premise software agreements
• Develop and refine contract templates and approval workflows to enhance efficiency
• Advise on deal structures and navigate complex procurement processes

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in technology transactions, with a mix of law firm and in-house experience
• Significant experience in supporting enterprise sales teams with SaaS and on-premise software licensing
• Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements
• Excellent judgment in risk assessment and distinction between material and theoretical risk
• Ability to work in a fast-paced growth-stage environment, owning outcomes
