Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their transactional business attorney team.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to clinical trials and biopharmaceutical services
Collaborate with various departments to evaluate and mitigate legal risks
Support internal legal matters, including SEC filings and corporate governance projects

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and a member in good standing of a U.S. state bar
At least 5+ years of in-house or law firm experience providing transactional legal counsel
Ability to travel 1-2 times per year for team meetings
